Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow held Chinese new year open house at the state level. The celebration took place at the Setia Spice Convention Center.

Also present was Penang Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas for a celebration together.

The open house saw a multi-racial crowd of Malaysians getting together to usher in the Year of the Rat yesterday.
