Mdm. Norliza Md Zain takes on the role of Director of Tourism Malaysia, Singapore, bringing 19 years of expertise to strengthen Malaysia-Singapore tourism relations.

Mdm. Norliza Md Zain has officially assumed the position of Director of Tourism Malaysia, Singapore, as of today. She succeeds Mr. Salahuddin Mohd Ariffin, whose term in Singapore concluded last year. With this new role, Mdm. Norliza is set to lead efforts in promoting Malaysian tourism in the Singaporean market.

Mdm. Norliza brings with her a wealth of experience, having dedicated 19 years to Tourism Malaysia. Before being appointed as Director of Singapore, she held various significant roles, including a position in the Production Division. Her leadership extended to overseeing the Shopping Secretariat Malaysia and the Lifestyle Unit within the Package Development Division. She has also contributed to both the Advertising and International Marketing Divisions.

One of her notable achievements during her tenure was her instrumental role in establishing a branch office in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This experience has equipped her with the expertise to handle international markets, making her well-suited for her new role in Singapore.
