HomeToGo SE, the world's largest vacation rental platform, said  that it has purchased the remaining 81 percent of SECRA, a leader in vacation rental management assistance. This comes after HomeToGo purchased a 19 percent investment in SECRA in 2021 as part of its Subscriptions & Services portfolio, to become the alternative accommodation industry's operating system.

SECRA is a travel technology firm that develops specialized software for hosts, rental agencies, and destinations to help them sell their listings more effectively. SECRA's online booking system and channel management enable better reach and bookings for its partners, resulting in a higher booking volume. SECRA's Channel Manager, which is connected to most major booking platforms, is one of the company's services, as is the building of professional websites. SECRA's profits grew by double digits in 2021, with revenues in the high single-digit millions.

SECRA also owns and operates Ostsee-ferienwohnungen.de, a popular German vacation rental booking site with over 7,000 listings along the Baltic Sea. This will add to HomeToGo's existing unrivaled portfolio of vacation rental houses, which includes inventory in Germany's most popular destinations.
